These terms cover the T3 Trading Academy website, our Discord server, the T3 Premium membership, and the tools we run to publish our own content (including the "T3 Trader" application we use to post our videos to our own social accounts). By using any of them you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. What this is — and what it is not

Everything we publish is educational content and market commentary. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy or sell anything.

We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner, and nothing here creates an adviser-client or fiduciary relationship.
Nothing we publish is personalised. We know nothing about your finances, your goals or your risk tolerance, and our content does not take them into account.
When we describe a trade of our own, we are describing something we did — not telling you to do it. We may enter or exit a position at any time, without notice, including positions we have written about.
Every decision you make with your own money is yours alone.

2. Risk

Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including the total loss of the money you put in. Leveraged and derivative products can lose more than your initial deposit. Past performance — ours or anyone's — does not predict future results. Market data can be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and our analysis can simply be wrong too. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

3. No guarantees

We put real effort into the accuracy of the data we publish and we verify it against independent sources where we can, but we provide everything "as is", without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that our content is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, and we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of it, to the fullest extent the law allows.

4. Membership and payment

T3 Premium is sold and billed through Whop. Their terms and their payment processor's terms apply to the transaction, alongside these.
Premium is a recurring subscription that renews until you cancel. You can cancel at any time through Whop, and your access runs to the end of the period you have already paid for.
Prices can change. A change never applies to a period you have already paid for, and we will say so in the Discord before it takes effect.
Because membership gives you immediate access to content, payments are generally non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something has gone wrong, contact us — we would rather sort it out.

5. Using the Discord

Our Discord is a community, and keeping it useful means a few rules. Don't post other people's paid content, don't solicit or advertise, don't promote tokens or services you are paid to promote, don't harass anyone, and don't share or resell member-only material outside the server. We can remove content or remove you, with or without notice, if you break these rules. Discord's own terms apply as well.

6. Our content

The briefs, lessons, graphics, videos and software we publish belong to us. You may share links to public posts freely. You may not republish, resell or redistribute member-only material, or feed our content into a commercial product, without written permission. Market data we publish comes from third-party sources and remains theirs.

7. Our publishing tools

"T3 Trader" is an internal application we built for ourselves. It takes content we have produced and posts it to accounts we own on platforms including TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube and Discord. It is not a product we offer to anyone else, it does not act on anyone else's account, and it collects nothing from visitors to this site. See our Privacy Policy for what it stores.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and a material change will be announced in the Discord. Continuing to use the site, the server or the membership after a change means you accept the updated terms.
