Privacy Policy

This policy covers the T3 Trading Academy website, our Discord server, the T3 Premium membership, and "T3 Trader" — the internal application we use to publish our own videos to our own social accounts.

This website collects nothing

These pages are static files. There is no account to create, no form to fill in, no analytics script, no advertising pixel and no cookie set by us. We do not know who visits. Our host records standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability, as every web host does; we do not use them to build a profile of anyone.

The "T3 Trader" application

T3 Trader is a tool we built for our own use. It runs on our own computer, it is not offered to anyone else, and it only ever acts on accounts we own.

What it does: takes a video or image we have produced and uploads it to our own TikTok, Instagram, X, YouTube or Discord account.
What it stores: the access and refresh tokens for our own accounts, in a file on our own machine, so it can keep posting without us logging in each time. Nothing else.
Whose data it touches: only ours. It does not read, collect, analyse or store other people's profiles, videos, followers, comments or messages, and it has no permission to post anywhere except our own accounts.
Where data goes: to the platform we are posting to, and nowhere else. We do not sell, rent or share data with anyone, and there is no advertising or data-broker relationship.
Revoking it: the connection can be removed at any time from the account settings of the platform in question, which immediately stops the tool posting there.

If you join the Discord or buy a membership

Discord: we see your Discord username, the server roles you hold and what you post in the server, the same as any member does. Discord itself holds your account data under its own privacy policy. We record which invite link a member arrived through, so we can tell which platform our members come from — that is a count, not a profile.
Premium: payments are handled by Whop. We never see your card details. Whop processes your payment and personal data under its own privacy policy; we receive the fact that a membership is active and the Discord account it belongs to.
Email: if you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.

Third parties

Using our content means interacting with services that have their own policies and their own data practices, which we do not control: Discord, Whop, TikTok, Instagram (Meta), X, YouTube (Google) and Cloudflare, which hosts this site.

How long we keep things

Discord messages stay until they are deleted or the server is. Membership records are kept while the membership is active and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Our own access tokens are kept until we revoke them.

Children

Nothing here is directed at children, and our content and membership are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Ask us and we will do it. Deleting membership data may mean losing access to what you have paid for.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and anything material will be announced in the Discord.
